Starting my weight loss again

51" Waist
50" Chest
30" Thigh
18" Neck

Wow did i need to get started again. I'm basically keeping this for my own records and something to go back and read about my progress when needed. The little things that worked or dont work

I'm doing Herbalife. It is 2 meal replacements per day, plus extra protein when i have my workouts. I'm going to follow their program to a Tee for the first 2 months, then i may switch back to my 1 a day vitamins to see how much of a difference it really is taking multi vitamins 3 times per day.

My main goal it to get to 220 lbs without loosing any strength so i can win the US National Steel Bending Comp in 2012.
