**** I am using this as my personal blog for now, not really something for people to follow. I just wanted a good way to keep track og my grip training.Over the weekend i started week 2 of the KTA program. (gripper training). WOW it it really starting to keep my hands fried. I have to use some atletic tape on my right hand fingers because of the blisters starting already, And i am having a hard time holding the HG200 shut with my left hand, so i did not cut the gripper when like i was supposed to. I did not make any progress from week 1 to week 2 on closing the #2 but it said that i may not make progress. I still think this much work load will not work but we will see.I did some bending on Sat & Sun, even though the KTA program said not to. I figured it was early enogh in the program to get away with it. On Sat i did some 1/4" steel Squares. (7", 6 1/2" & 6") No big deal, i did those sizes before but i wanted to get them on video this time. Then i tried the 6" x 5/16" bastard, Damn. I got the kink pretty easy and made it to 90 degrees but that was it. This batch it very tough, i tried to finish it braced between my legs just for the hell of it and i could not even do that easily. That pc will be a big accomplishment when i do get it.On Sunday i did some spikes. I did the easy 12" and then the dull, gray 10". It was supposed to be tough and it sis not disappoint. I barely kinked it on my knee. So i had to put it behind my legs to really kink it. Once i did that it was done pretty easily. The i also dod the 3/8" x 10" grade 2 bolt. That was about the same as a 10" easy spike. I also decided to do 2 more 1/4" squares i have not ever tried before. The 5-1/2" & tre 5". Killed them both! The crush on the 5" is the hardest crush for me to date. It was over 600 lbs. So i feel really good about that. I am getting somewhere.I wanted to work out this coming Friday with Dave Whitley SRKC & Will Williams SRKC at the Phily Art Museum but i am thinking my fingers may be too fried. We will see how the week progresses,
