Another bad week with my damn eating. I am just not motivated to loose weight for some reason?
Last nights work out
Warm up: Ripped 2 books (Architectural digest, not thick but the colored pages make it tough)
Presses: with 32 kg bell
1/1/2/2, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1, 1/1
2HP 120 lbs 5 sets of 2
Pull Ups with a 1-3/4" band 5 sets of 3
DO with IM wraps - 3 pcs (one at a time) 1/4" square x 7"
Horshoes - 3
I did ISO's on the DO with a G2 x 5/16" x 7" in IM wraps - 2 sets of 3 sec
ISO's with horshoe with an un movable show - 2 sets of 3 sec
*** I will try going the ISO's as a warm up between the first 2 sets of presses and then bend between the last 3 sets and see how that goes. If it is too intense for a warm up i will go back to doing them at the end, i'm just trying different things. Maybe ISO's are just for non bending days? Who knows?
