Still no weigh in for a while. I will try to get back on track again next week. I plan on starting my jogging again on Saturday, so i will know more at that time.
Last night work out
32 kg Bell
5 sets - Press 1/1/2/2
Between sets:
5 sets of pull ups 2 reps with 1-3/4" band
5 sets - 2 hp - 3 reps @ 115 lbs
Reverse Bend - 60 d nail (leather wraps 2" from ends) total of 5 nails
Horshoes - used - Leather wraps - total of 3 shoes
After Presses were done:
1 Frying Pan ($10 Pan from Grocery store - 12" Dia)
37.5 lb Blob r & L
1/1 - not full pull
1/1 - full pull
1/1 - 3 sec hold
1/1 - 5 sec hold
40 lb Blob (only brike it off floor, not by much with either hand)
All together it was a good workout, i need to increase the bending between the sets. And i will do DO & Braced on Mondays & Reverse & shoes on Thursday. But i need to do ISO's every day of each type on other days.
No grippers because of a painfull lump on my left palm right where the grippers hits my palm. I really should try them for just my right, it will help with the frying pan.
