Last Friday 11/20
Sledge -
5 sets of 1 with 18.5 lbs @ 32.5" during the day
- i missed on the 4th rep so i only had 4 good reps
- i ran out of time because we went out for the weekend
- i had to skip the Sat workout so i did that workout today
- seemed pretty tough, but not max effort
Sat & Sunday i had off and did NO grip at all
