Week 1 Day 3
Day 3 of my KTA venture. My right hand is already sore where i post the gripper. It's going to be a long, long couple of months. Good thing is the new weights i used for the blob work made a big difference. The walk at the end was alot tougher. And the Negative in the beginning really seemed like i almost held it for a fraction of a second. Small fraction, but i felt stronger today then yesterday.
Kettlebell workout was short
Swings: 4 sets of 10R & 10L w/ 40 Kg
- I really think these swings will help my axle DL.
- It seems like not to long that i could only do 10 & 10 with the 32, even though it was almost 2 years ago. Progress , even though its slow, is still progress.
I tried to Hub at the end with no warm up, no can do, i could not move the 45 or the 35 with either hand. I i did not have the time to take the 25's off the bar. So i proved that i really need alot of warm ups when i hub. I'll try it again on Thursday and see how it goes

I'm into week 6 of KTA and the skin on my palms where the gripper sets is crazy sore. Maybe it's from using beefbuilders for the negative work. That day off sure feels nice when it comes.
ReplyDeleteThis'll be a good blog to follow. Good luck with your endeavors!
Try tapping the gripper, it seemed to work today.
ReplyDeleteAnd Jason, i appoligize in advance if i get lengthy in my posts, but i like to back track and see what i wrote in the past. i have already done that with the KTA because i started this post when i was doing the KTA for the first time.
